The exhibition “Charles M. Schulz, a life with Peanuts: An immersive display of the work of the greatest cartoonist of the 20th century” has opened in Cuneo. We curated the exhibition design and experience with Centrica, using interactive applications based on the ArtCentrica platform.
The opening saw a large, warm, and enthusiastic audience, ranging from adults to children.
We are very happy and proud to have worked on this project, which provides visitors with a face-to-face experience with what many have defined as the author of the longest illustrated story ever told in the history of humanity. It allows for interactive engagement with Schulz’s life and his famous characters. A section of the exhibition is also dedicated to the youngest visitors, providing a playful and interactive way to get to know Schulz and the Peanuts.
As curator Federico Fiecconi stated, “Schulz published 17,897 strips over fifty years of his career; we could only summarize them by creating flights of fantasy, trying to be as surprising as his work.”
This project was realized by Fondazione CRC and CRC Innova in collaboration with Associazione Culturale Cuadri.
Special thanks to Federico Fiecconi, Enrico Collidà of Fondazione CRC, Michelangelo Pellegrino of CRC Innova, and Andrea Borri and Francesca Salvatico of the Cuadri Cultural Association.
The exhibition, free of charge, is located at the Spazio Incontri of Fondazione CRC (via Roma 15, Cuneo) and will remain open until Monday, April 1, 2024. Guided tours for schools in the morning are available upon reservation on the Fondazione CRC website.
We look forward to welcoming many of you!
